Leave it to the Milan designers to put a sexy spin of the minimal trend. Milan's looks were a lot sexier then the other minimal looks we have been seeing which is not a huge surprise. A lot of the designers punched up the looks by using bright pops of color like at Max Mara, Prada and Jill Sander. I loved what Alessandro Dell'Acqua did with his second collection for no.21, it was so simple but still so sexy. At Prada and Jill Sander graphic stripes were used a lot which emphasized the minimal look. White was also seen a lot on the runways at Bottega Veneta, Gianfranco Ferre, and Gabriele Colangeio. Textures like leather and fur were used at Versace, Max Mara and Bottega Veneta to at depth to the clothing.
